Mindfulness in the Classroom Podcast!

This month I had the opportunity to connect with Carla Ward of Early Learning Foundations to discuss ways that educators can bring mindfulness into their classrooms! Carla and I have known each other since the early days of the pandemic (ie. initial lockdown) and I had the chance to interview her for my first blog! So naturally I was thrilled when she invited me to join her on The Everything ECE podcast! Of course connecting again was like meeting with an old friend - we chatted for a half hour before she even hit record!
